Service Description

Sports massage is a specifically targeted massage for a range of muscle aches and pains. Muscles are massaged, stretched, and manipulated using a variety of techniques to help alleviate pain whilst restoring full functional movement, which is often compromised when muscles become tight and dysfunctional. I can also analyse your posture, and we can assess any muscle imbalances and weaknesses. I usually give a variety of post-care exercises, and if necessary, I will recommend and refer you to use another health care practitioner as and when necessary. Sports Massage is not just for sportspeople, as we use our muscles for everything, sitting, lying down and standing up. Get in touch if you have any queries.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your appointment 24 hours notice is required to allow other clients the opportunity of booking the slot. If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of the allotted time and the appointment slot cannot be filled, 100% of the treatment cost will be charged and must be paid before your next appointment.
